Greengate Homes was founded in 2016 by the 3 owners, Stuart, Austen and Rob who hold over 40 years of building and development experience between them with complimentary skills to one another’s.
Greengate Homes is partnered with our construction partner, Bescon Limited, wholly owned and managed by Stuart and Austen. This ensures that our Greengate Homes are delivered to the exceptional qualities expected by their own high end private self-build clients.
Greengate Homes have set out to build a brand you will aspire to be apart of. We are delivering superb quality and distinctive design through selective small and exclusive developments in Norfolk.
Greengate Homes is intentionally named after our very first development. Home Farm, Greengate, Swanton Morley, Norfolk. Good houses are built on solid foundations and so is our reputation and brand, that’s why we adopted the name.
Greengate Homes is about to commence our second development which will be due for completion in Autumn 2020 in Barford. Please see our current developments section for further details.

Rob has been working in accounting and finance since 2001 and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2006.
Since 2008 Rob has worked within the real estate sector of both commercial office and residential development.
Since 2011 Rob has also worked with a larger Norfolk residential property developer as in house Finance Director. This has provided him valuable experience and exposure to residential property development
Austen started his building career in 1997, a natural step into a family owned building contractor firm. Gaining a wide and varied experience, Austen quickly developed into a well skilled senior manager within the company. During this time he also undertook a JV with Stuart for the construction of a single new build bungalow.
In 2007, Austen founded a development company with his father to sister the family business. The company successfully completed 15 properties across 5 developments. In 2014, Austen took the brave step to move on from the family business in order to fulfil his potential. Having successfully worked with Stuart previously, the two decided to join forces to create Bescon Limited.
Stuart started his building career in 2001 with the construction of a single new build bungalow in a JV with Austen.
In 2010 Stuart incorporated his business as S R Building Services Limited.
During this time the company undertook the management and delivery of many projects ranging from small extensions to the building of 4 new dwellings in a private development to a property developer.
In 2015 Stuart and Austen partnered their businesses to create Bescon Limited, Bespoke Construction.
